Two fully equipped kitchens and spaces for eating together
The two fully equipped kitchens are located in separate units: one in the Villa Vacanze Sargiano 2 apartment and one in the Chalet La Casetta del Bosco. Each family can organize meals at their own pace. The apartment features a large extendable table, to which additional tables can be added for communal dining; there are also outdoor spaces available for the entire group to gather together.
The arrangement of tables in the outdoor spaces and the use of the barbecue can be agreed upon in advance.

Two fully equipped kitchens are available, located in Villa Vacanze Sargiano 2 and Chalet La Casetta del Bosco, as well as spaces for gathering and dining together.
Example: 10 guests for 7 nights = €2.590
The listed rate is €37 per guest per night, with a minimum stay of 7 nights and a minimum of 10 guests. Tourist tax and final cleaning are not included. Availability, room layout, conditions, and total cost will be confirmed in the quote.
Pool: Exclusive use of the summer pool is provided when the group books the entire rentable portion of the property; it is not automatic for every 10-guest stay.

Will we have all the exclusive ownership?
Yes, by booking all available accommodations at Villa Sargiano, the pool and outdoor areas dedicated to guests will be reserved exclusively for your group, without sharing with other guests.
The property also includes a private area reserved for the owners, completely separate from the tourist accommodations, guaranteeing your privacy during your stay.
Can we all eat together?
Yes, Villa Sargiano 2 has an extendable table, to which additional tables can be added for group dining. There are also outdoor spaces available for the entire group to gather.
Can we stay for a week or two?

Is the pool open all year round?
No. The pool is seasonal and open from June to September.
Are all the rooms connecting?
