• Check-out time: within the 10: 00
• Reservations required for both times
• Delays in check-out will result in an additional night's charge
• Loss/damage of keys: penalty €200 per room
• Guests will be able to leave and return as they please through the keys delivered and the electronic gate pass

• Tourist tax: €3,00 per person/day
• Stamp duty: €2,00
• Utilities: €5,00 per day per person (except special offers)

🧼 Cleanliness and order
• Final cleaning to be paid by the guest
• The accommodation must be left clean and tidy
• Extra cleaning not carried out: €100 per room
• Obligation to clean immediately after using the kitchen, dishes, barbecue, appliances
• Mandatory separate waste collection to be placed in municipal bins in the city

• Only allowed if authorized to book
• Max 1 pet per room, small/medium size only, no aggressive breeds
• Only allowed in ground floor rooms with independent entrance
• Supplement: €15/day per pet
• Mandatory leash and muzzle (dogs) or carrier (cats)
• Mandatory collection of excrement (with waterproof bags) as per the rules of the municipality of Arezzo

🚗 Parking and visitor access
• Free internal parking available to guests of the property.
• AND 1 parking space allowed per room/reservation.
• In case of arrival with more than one vehicle, it is necessary to communicate it before arrivalAny additional cars may be allowed to park inside only subject to seat availability, without occupying those intended for other guests.
• If there is no availability, the staff will indicate the free parking located outside the property, in the immediate vicinity.
• For security and insurance reasons, Access by unregistered external visitors is not permitted, subject to prior authorization, delivery of identity documents and any applicable supplement.

🕤 Pool opening hours: every day from 9am to 30pm.
• For the exclusive use of the villa's guests
• Unsupervised: use at your own risk
• Depth: from 90 cm to 210 cm
• Mandatory: Slippers, swimsuit and swimming cap
• It is forbidden to use bedroom towels in the swimming pool.
• Soapy shower before entering the water
• Containment diapers for small children
• Store personal effects in closed bags
• Maximum crowding: 7 people in the water + 7 mXNUMX per person in the solarium area
• Prohibited: spitting, blowing your nose, urinating in water
• Parents are responsible for their children

🚭 Prohibitions and rules of conduct
• No smoking inside
• Silence required in the bands: 22:00 PM – 08:00 AM / 14:00 PM – 16:00 PM
• AND It is forbidden to connect electric vehicles (scooters, bikes, cars) to the electrical system
• Only allowed: razors, cell phones, tablets, hair dryers, hair straighteners
• The guest is responsible for any damage caused
• Villa Sargiano is not responsible for unattended objects
